Sr. HubSpot Consultant

The Senior HubSpot Consultant at Digitopia is a selfless, driven, scrappy, flexible, and magical individual with advanced RevOps experience.

This is an advanced-level, client-facing position that requires excellent English communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing HubSpot for our clients and fully leveraging its capabilities to implement custom RevOps solutions to match their business processes and needs.

You will work in a pod model led by a CRM Architect alongside one or two other HubSpot Consultants. You will act as the main point of contact for up to 6 clients at a time.

The ideal candidate has experience working in all of HubSpot’s hubs and is comfortable solving problems using all of HubSpot’s built-in tools along with marketplace and 3rd-party integrations. A strong foundation in marketing automation, a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with implementing and optimizing the Salesforce integration with HubSpot are a must.

This is a remote position with occasional opportunities to travel for client and team events.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing up to 6 clients at a time
  • Weekly zoom calls with clients
  • Daily zoom calls with your pod
  • Support your pod members with implementation for clients you are not specifically leading
  • Monthly goal setting and progress reporting for your clients
  • HubSpot template customizations: email, landing page, webpage, etc.
  • Marketing program support and execution, including segmentation, lead scoring, A/B testing, workflows, and sequences.
  • Set up and maintain 3rd party integrations with HubSpot
  • Strategize and implement essential RevOps and marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as defining the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing strategies, segmentation, data sanitization, etc.
  • Collaborate with clients’ sales and marketing teams to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Contribute to executive team and full-company initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 4+ years of HubSpot management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • A conversational understanding of APIs and HubSpot’s available endpoints
  • Strong understanding of how to resolve sync errors in HubSpot’s Salesforce integration
  • Experience working with HubSpot’s enterprise-level features 
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot’s enterprise-level reporting and dashboard tools
  • Advanced knowledge of building workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot’s OpsHub capabilities
  • Experience working with HubSpot’s Datasets
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for problem solving
  • Ongoing understanding of HubSpot Beta features 

Bonus Skills and Attributes

  • A “copy and paste” working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
  • At least 3 current HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce automation a plus
