The new company will be led by a senior team that reflects the strengths and capabilities of both companies. Upon closing of the transaction, Frank Cowell will serve as Chief Executive Officer, Julien Brandt as President, Joseph Freeman as Chief Operating Office and Arianne Brandt as Chief Marketing Officer. Sherirea Lopez will also serve as the Director of Finance, and David Shirley will take a role as the Director of Production.
In addition to maintaining strong operations, the new company will remain committed to it's status as a Benefit Corporation and will be headquartered in coastal Carlsbad.
