What is the onboarding process like?

You will also have two calls with your HubSpot Strategist. An introduction call during your first week and strategy call in week 3 or 4 of the month review your first maintenance report and connect on future strategic conversations.

Who on my team will need to be involved?

This depends on who is utilizing HubSpot in your organization and who is responsible for overseeing the application. During the first month, we would like both of those parties involved in the activation so we can best coordinate on who to contact for technical matters and who to contact for strategic calls (if those are different individuals).

What is the ramp-up period when activated?

Rest assured, there is no ramp-up period. Maintenace efforts conducted by your HubSpot specialist will begin week 1.
